I have found it hard to remain on a normal routine in quarantine and get in my 10,000 steps every day. Have you also found it hard to do these things? Or, what have you been doing to take care of yourself?
Honestly, quarantine's been pretty hard for me. I'm definitely with you on keeping up a normal routine... I can barely make it out of my pajamas during the day 😂
I have found it helpful to start small. I set one goal for myself every day that I absolutely have to do, and I've also found my day to be more productive if I go ahead and check off my goal early in the day....well that's if I can get out of bed before 1pm 😜
